Business requirement:
The order unit can be lower than the price basis quantity unit (e.g. price per bunch, order unit in stems). The present business rule 3.5: The order unit is equal to the price basis quantity unit or higher (example: price basis quantity unit is box, the minimum order unit is equal to box).

Expected difficulties:
Fractions: in case of 'priced per bunch', the number of stems per bunch is mandatory in a supply line. The receiving party must check if the number of stems is divisble by the number of stems per bunch specified in the supply line.
Minimum and extended supply: the availability of minimum and full packing data. The number of stems cannot be calculated from minimum packing data in case of 'priced per layer' or 'priced per load carrier', but these are unit types which are not in use for the price basis quantity in CC VMP.

Proposed solution:
Only in case full packing data is specified in the supply line (extended supply, not minimum), the order unit can be lower than the price basis quantity unit. The required order quantity can be calculated/checked from the packing data present in the supply line. In other words: price per bunch, the order unit can be stems in case the order is based on extended supply data, containing full packing data.
