Good codes

Definition

A good code is a code issued by the EU for a certain class of goods based on the prescribed good classification for statistics of the international trade. This coding system is part of the 'Combined Nomenclature' (CN) of Eurostat. These codes are also known as the 'custom codes'.

Floricode maintanins the matching of this goods code for ornamantal products and the group codes of ornamental products that are registrated and coded at Floricode.

How to use

The good codes are used by exporters and forwarders for the mandatory declaration for trade statistics at the CBS (in the Netherlands) and customs for the import anmd export of ornamental products.
