Definition

The e-CertNL codes are a set of codes with different master data types of the e-CertNL system of the NVWA (The Dutch phytosanitairy autority) used for the export certification of agricultural products. The master data are delivered by the NVWA to Floricode. Then, after some editing such as the matching with the Floricode product(group) codes, the master data are distributed to the users.

How to use

The e-CertNL data are used by exporters for the digital requests of export certificates and inspections for the export of agricultural products to countries outside the EU.

How to obtain

The codes can be obtainedvia:

• REST JSON API
• The data can be requested and searched via an API.
  This way, ad hoc specific codes can be requested or validated.
  Or, the latest data (mutations) can be queried and one's own database can be updated periodically.
