Definition

The EDIBULB product code is the identification of a flower bulb or a tuber product and is coded with an EDIBULB product code. The product can be registered at the Royal General Bulb Growers' Association (KAVB).

With feature types and feature type values a batch of flower bulbs can be specified in detail by the supplier and the trader during the trading phase.

This process is called the 'LINNAEUS model' in the ornamental horticulture industry.

How to use

In all phases of the trade process, (offer, order, delivery, invoice) products of flower bulbs and tubers must be identified with their EDIBULB product code and specified with the correct feature type values.

How to obtain

The codes can be obtained via:

• Via FTP as CSV file
  The codes are packed into CSV files and then compressed.
